Description
Ive been planning a Hijikata birthday commemoration for a long time now. I finally decided how I wanted it look after a lot of research and rewatching the Taiga drama SHINSENGUMI!
I combined Yamamoto Koji's Hijikata with PMK's Hijikata (Love them both!)
I wanted to focus on the Shinesengumi's connection to the Chuushingura (47 Ronin) so i looked at prints by Kuniyoshi and Yoshitora).
As for the writing, please pardon the calligraphy. Any mistakes are my fault. I wasn't exactly sure how the dates would be written so i took some artistic license ^^
Message:
"Shinsengumi no Oni Fukuchou-sama o Tanjoubi omedetou gozaimasu" Happy Birthday Hijikata!
